Vilde has a bachelor degree from Oxford Brookes University where she graduated in 2014 doing her dissertation on the redevelopment plan for Kiruna.

She received her Master Degree in 2018 at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. During her studies she has worked at Meinich Arkitekter and Karakusevic Carson Architects in London.

She has engaged in several workshops with Architecture Sans Frontières -UK in both Africa and South-America to explore participatory design methodology in urban planning.
